So what's the deal?

I have two health conditions: SIBO and leaky gut syndrome that have fucked my digestive system to the point where I can't tolerate any complex carbs, sugar, or starch, and on top of that it gives me chronic inflammation so any of the symptoms I would get from eating problem foods are exacerbated and feel even more painful than they normally would. Those symptoms being: bloating up so bad it feels like my gut is going to burst open, burping so much that I end up refluxing and scorching my esophagus with stomach acid, and getting terrible head aches, plus extreme fatigue.
