Which is worse? The obese, or heavy smokers?

So, explaine to me which you find worse? A skinny guy who smokes 2 packs a day, or a morbidly obese man who eats 7,000 plus calories a day.

I want to say the chain smoker is worse because his second hand smoke affects other people, but the lard bucket puts strain on the healthcare system and ends up being a colossal waste of taxer payer money.

Both harm people around them, in a way. Smokers through second-hand smoke, obviously, but unless you have some prominent medical condition that increases your weight with little ability to control it (Not the case in the vast majority of obese people), overweight people are literally taking food from people who need it much more than they do.

The obese man dies sooner and typically cost a little less in healthcare then a healthy man who lives in to his 90's does in Social Security.

Logistically speaking, the amount of tax revenue generated from smoking far outweighs the expenditure used on it.

There is no tax for being a hamgalaxy, so yeah, shovelling gratuitous amounts of food into your porkhole is objectively worse than sparking up.

I'd say smokers are worse. There's only one reason why smokers become smokers: They made the stupid decision one day to pick up a cigarette. Obesity isn't as black and white, there are more causes and conditions that can contribute to a person getting an eating disorder, and so they're more worthy of my pity.

Me personally, I have never had an Asthma Attack, but I have had hard times with physical activity and other situations.
Smoke just makes it worse. Like I said with the smoker at a restaurant, I also can't keep near a grill and have to make sure i'm out of the way of the smoke pouring out.

So yeah it does affect people with Asthma much more than you think

So, fat people eating "muh mcdonalds" on the train and working as a tank against people trying to walk past vs people who light a cigarette right after they get off the train, thus making everyone around them inhale smoke.
