I'm looking it up and all I'm finding is linkage with Alzheimer's and aluminium in hair.

Some authorities feel that aluminum is not the primary agent responsible for Alzheimer's disease. However, significantly increased levels of aluminum were noted at autopsies in patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease. A difficulty with this research is that the aluminum is not evenly distributed in the brain.
High hair aluminum levels are often associated with high hair iron levels; however, the exact connection is presently unknown.
The effect of aluminum on the nervous system may contribute to symptoms of Parkinson's disease
Early symptoms of aluminum toxicity include flatulence, headaches, colic, dryness of the skin and mucous membranes, tendencies for colds, burning pain in the head relieved by food, heartburn and an aversion to meat.

But it seems that it varies pretty greatly with how mammals are affected by it. Cats and Rabbits have problems with coordination and learning/memory, respectively(although from personal experience rabbits have never been geniuses). While rats don't seem to have any real problems at all. http://www.arltma.com/Articles/AlumToxDoc.htmAnother problem I see is that research seems to be fairly inconclusive so far.SpoilerQuoteSome authorities feel that aluminum is not the primary agent responsible for Alzheimer's disease.
