It shows up on your titlebar, not sure where it's indicated on mobile though.

You could check the rank thread in News and then check your own stats though.

Your prefix doesn't show on mobile to prevent the line from breaking. I'll probably need to add it to users' sigs or force mobile to display the prefix instead of the rank.
