It's got a badass name, is a volcano crater, and only those with navigational skills can find it.SpoilerThat looks beautiful. It needs more trees though, and we would need to be able to build a small city there with fortifications on the hills surrounding it. We would also need a fresh water source.

If you're not careful, you can go right over the edge of killborne hole when driving because the rim is so hidden. The temperatures are very moderate and don't get unbearably hot, but can get pretty cold. The rim protects from wind. As for a water source, I can't really say. There are plenty of wild animals there, so food isn't a problem, so I'm sure there would be a creek or tow, but I doubt it would be enough. I don't really know of any real water sources near there.

And also, I thought this was a recommendation for meeting up and not long-term survival. If this were long-term survival, I would have made a better recommendation
You people are the very last ones I would meet up with if there was an apocalypse.
