Where's the best place to head to?

I've been thinking about picking and leaving this shithole, but I have no idea where to go. I don't know it it would be worth going way out west or going somewhere here on the east coast, but fuck New York. If I could, I'd just go until i found somewhere, but that doesnt seem like the best idea

I'm in a town in Cali called Mendocino, and honestly if I was gonna pack up and start fresh, I'd come here or somewhere around here. It's quaint as fuck, the weather is beautiful year round, there's a bunch of job opportunities (nothing really that will make you rich, but plenty to live off of), and most importantly pot is legal.

my uncle has a house right on the bluffs in caspar. it's really fucking amazing out here.
