What happened to your car?

Something about a gasket being out. Whenever I would start my car, the RPM would jump a bit before settling and I could smell gasoline for a few seconds. I also needed new front tires. And $200 was just on diagnostics.

I can't afford anything more but they also told me my brakes are down to 2mm and my front tires aren't aligned so that's even more repairs in the near future.

I'm pretty sure I told you guys how last year I cracked my transmission because of the giant block of wood on the road.

At least you didn't need a new transmission and new engine mounts

You would have needed to get an allignment anyway if you're putting new tires on it.

When was the last time you brought it into the shop? Your mechanic should be doing a once over every time it's in. That's why the labour charge is so expensive.
