But rare is it that you actually see anyone concede defeat over the Internet.

I think everyone else is just as stubborn as I am, frankly.

Earlier today around dinner time. I was wrong about a schedule for a thing I'm doing tomorrow.

Edit: I feel I do it when necessary. Maybe even a bit too much but I'll chalk that up to me being Canadian.

I usually don't form an opinion strong enough to care about arguing about something until I know what I'm talking about, but IRL I tell people I was wrong or accept getting corrected on the daily.

I generally stay out of arguments and drama on the internet. I can have sensible discussions, but if it turns into an actual argument it's often because the other person starts to get offensive.

That generally only happens when my opponent is too stupid to use actual logic though, so if they resort to insults I'm probably in the right.

When it's a calm discussion, I have no problem with being corrected as long as it's done respectfully.
