I haven't done much serious cardiovascular exercise since...January or so.

Told my dad I'll do a triathlon with him on father's day, so I'm starting my new 3-week regimen to prepare for the race. Just hope my lungs can handle the initial stress >.>

I understood it was hyperbole, the implication of my post however was that just because you aren't active doesn't mean other people aren't.
