I interpreted it as being able to buy stuff around $50 whenever you want, not just pulling out unlimited cash. Like if you went to the mall and found something you want, you could just buy it.

I'm going to tell you right now a lot of it's going towards charities and research. A large piece of land with a race track big garage maybe some airplanes tanks. I would give someone a random people I would give some to my family and friends
