What should i do with a bully?

So for some reason this guy has an issue with me. This guy plays league of legends, is extremely ugly, very loud, funny, obnoxious and 300+ pounds.

Now that you get that imagine in your head you will understand. He started saying "3 beans please" over and over again to me whenever i said anything until i got mad and told him to stop and to stop messing with me. I also told him if he continues i will bring him to the dean and we can sort this out.

Next day at school everyone in the halls were saying it and apparently he told everyone i threatened to bring him to the dean and made fun of me. Other than that however they just saw it as a joke. Now he doesnt pick on me in particular but he does odd things to make me mad. For example i sit next to him in chemistry and the entire period he puts his hand on my desk, pulls my papers, and flips my calculator over. Im not to offended by this but i feel like he cant sit still. Anyway i sit with him at study halland he spends the entire period making like chinese imitations whenevr my asian friend talks and then goes on to disrespect this girl who sits with us and calls her dumb and basically any imature thing you can think of. Then on friday he was talking about how he will kill himself and all this crap. Then he went on to torture and said that getting into someone's head is the worst torture and then said just like he does to me and put his hand on my shoulder. Then he told someone hes going to kill himself and put my name in the note so he can ruin my life because aparently i told him to kill himself.

At this point i get mad because he comments in my stuff and my friend mocks me about it and im not sure if i should go to the school with either him bullying me or being suicidal. I honestly think he either has aspergers or is jealous of me because im doing really well and hes failing. Im also thinking of recording him in study hall so i have evidence of what he says because he trys to talk himself around things and even blamed me for allowing him to bully me and that i was really bullying myself. The guy is a useless maniac with no worth and i would beat the shit out of him but i have to much to loose for his worthless ass. Im juat not sure what to do.

Here's my suggestion:
Talk out loudly while being really chill.

If the teacher is talking, that's even better.

Teacher: blah blah blah
*fat guy does something*
You: Fat guy(his name obv), although I don't know why you'd flip my calculator (give details), I'd appreciate it if you'd stop.

Don't talk louder than the teacher, but speak loud enough for the teach to hear clearly. If the social pressure doesn't get to him, I don't know what will.
