Ideally something that isn't a phone.

Mobile site is kinda bad, but then again as staff I have a bunch of extra stuff and mobile devices were not thought of when designing staff tools.

mobile site isn't horrible, but I find some issues with entering text in the text box. It likes to disappear sometimes.
