Endurance. I'm not very fast without training, but I did my first marathon and half ironman with almost no distance training. Given food and water I could keep up a 7mph pace all day.

Low metabolism + good leg genes.

Musical stuff, I can learn piano songs relatively quick just by watching people play them a few times. Not sure how fast it is compared to others though and I'm sure I'm picking up bad habits by not learning from a teacher lol
