Well, if they won WWII, then it'd be safe to assume that there wouldn't be anybody to really stop them. If they overthrew all the other rival powers, chances are they'd muster enough strength to take what they wanted and nobody could do shit.

I reckon they would have at some point later on attacked their Japanese allies (think about it, they invaded Italy the second they surrendered), though this is assuming after wiping out the Allies that the Japanese empire spread as far as India and then stopped at Hawaii or shared the US and Russia with the Nazis.

Africa would be totally fucked over. Most resource-rich continent on the planet, with very little in terms of military force (even if there were some remnants of the British and French colonists in the region).

We might've have seen some more radical science from the Nazis like massive jet-bombers and jet helicopters (think Hydra's planes in Captain America - there were real blueprints for those designs), but then again, we probably wouldn't. After the war, if Hitler concentrated his efforts on his domestic policies he could prohibit procreation for anyone not of Germanic/Nordic Aryan descent. That essentially means many of us wouldn't be here now (though it would be a double whammy for anyone who's relatives fought in WWII - your veteran grandfather might've been killed in combat or shot afterwards).

Or...The Nazi Empire would've collapsed soon after in a power vacuum post-Hitler, or even during as his changes to the education system just produced meatheads, not independent thinkers with any real profession and a brainwashed idealogy. And seeing as his health wasn't great by 1944 and was prescribed crazy amounts of drugs I'd hardly give him a high life expectancy. The empirical countries would fight between each other and themselves for power, resulting in a world far more fucked than todays.

Either way, it is a dire situation for all of us. If we are even "here" in these simulations.

Realistically it wouldn't be some wolfenstien-esque shiet evil empire.

The war would probably last a bit longer depending on if the USA would want to continue fighting, which I doubt they would if the European theater was lost.

Britan and France as well as most of tr German won countries would most likley still be independant countries.

Hitler wold have probably died in the 50s, paving way for smarter German rulers.

Israel would probably not be a country, keeping their would be neighbors content. the holocaust would be downplayed in the history books if it ever showed up.

All in all, it really wouldn't be that bad, just a shift in world power. Knowing the Germans our space activity would be a bit more developed, we might have been a bit more advanced than we are now, and maybe a bit more racist.

Pre, then Europe, aside from Spain, Portugual, Switzerland, and Italy, would be speaking German; Japan would have to either destroy the carriers that were not at P.H or win the Battle of Midway, but a full on invasion of the U.S would be unlikely. Australia would be speaking Japanese also

Post, then either Russia would be German speaking or Europe would be glorious communist red, only if Hitler was still dumb enough to fight Stalin in an ego battle

But Germany was on the winning side for many years and if the U.S never sent aid to Britian or Russia, then things would have been different. Even if the U.S did send aid, Germany could of won if Hitler supported the Air Force, approved mass-production of STG42 and jet fighter, along with at least not directing troops to Stalingrad and allowing Rommel to move his armor down to Normandy

If by "defeating Europe in the west" you mean "defeating Montgomery and Patton in Africa", then yes. But otherwise, I mean, over half of France was occupied and Germany was content to utilize Goering's utterly genius idea of just throwing bombers at the British... there wasn't much of a Eastern front when they launched the west... int the middle of June...
