I took my dog outside so he can take a shit and piss everywhere.

While I was outside there was a guy down the street, standing in front of a house. He didn't move at all.

I looked over to him a couple times but I couldn't tell if he was looking back.

What do?

I have a dog like this in my backyard. If he stands on 2 feet like a human he'll probably be like 6ft tall or more.
