You know what I ate today?I woke up and I went to a cafe, where I had an egg on freshly made bread, with sun dried tomatoes, goat cheese, and spinach, with a side of walnuts, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, and a cup of tea.For lunch and dinner you know what I had? I had a sweet potato, with some black beans, chopped up a small avocado on it as well. Then for dinner I had non fat greek yogurt, with some more green beans and a few prunes. Your credibility as a healthy eater is ZERO!
