Zombie apocalypses would fail anyways.
Zombies are illogical, they would either be no threat at all or they would burn their resources so fast that you could just wait a week and they'd all be dead or rotting to the point they fall apart from standing.

What kind of apocalypse? Zombie apocalypse, a thermo-nuclear war which leaves the whole planet devastated and most major governments in a state of collapse, or something else?

This is rather important in determining what country is most likely to survive.
