So let's say they Rorschach, The Comedian and Ozymandias got teleported to that universe. Due to their actions would they be considered heroes or villains? 

Rorscach:
*The guy uses torture to get information out of people.

*For the little girl kidnapping case it was handled in two ways. In the movie he simply brought down the knife in the guys head. In the comic after he handcuffed the guy he poured gas around the house, handed him a hacksaw and told the guy he wouldn't have enough time to cut through the cuffs. Rorscach waited outside to see if he came out. If he did then most likely he still would have died by Rorscach.

*He threw a guy down an elevator shaft because the guy told him to punish him. 

*When he was in prison he killed the midget when he went into the restroom.

The Comedian:
*He tried rapping his teammate.

*In the comic it's hinted that he killed JFK. In the movie we know he killed JFK.

*In Vietnam it looks like he enjoyed killing. He also gunned down that pregnant woman.

*For the riots he made the most out of beating up people due to their time coming to an end.

Ozymandias:
In order to have peace between the US and the USSR he did the alien in the book and the bombs in the movie. For the alien he put a bomb on that ship that was coming back to the US which had the people working on it. In both things he poisoned the people at his arctic base. For the alien and the bombs they both caused destruction and massive deaths.

Doctor Manhattan:
As far as I know he's not as bad as what the other three are but he does have his sins as well. He killed people during the Vietnam war and he could have saved the pregnant women. He just didn't care to. 

So then what would these people be considered? Unlike the people in the Justice League they're not your black and white heroes.     

The comedian sounds like a certain someone we all know and love.

Well considering how the Justice League comes from the Goody Two Shoes of the super hero world. I'd say they most likely would've kept their distance.

Avengers are better

Rorschach is in my opinion the least bad, Dr. Manhattan could literally save the world but doesn't because he doesn't feel like it. Dude's an asshole.
