but i do agree with casper in that people don't tend to respond to hypotheticals very well, and with certain arguments, need a little extra something in order to truly understand what they're talking about or dealing with

in this case, it was over the top and emotionally manipulative at best, but at the same time, i'm not gonna call the guy a moron—he just comes across to me as a convicted and passionate, albeit misguided, guy

I will admit that he took an extreme route, but it takes two to tango. The crowds reaction isn't any better.

I personally own a pocket knife and yes I'm far more responsible with it in than the man in the video was with his, but he didn't really threaten or lash out at anyone. He was trying to set a real world example and failed at it.

That's like saying the karate teacher trying to be the bad guy to hurt you, makes him the bad guy, which is retarded because again, it was a fucking demonstration.

Did this guy take the extreme route of handling things? Yes

Did the crowd react poorly? Yes.

When people wuss out like this over someone trying to show a demonstration (as extreme it may have been) you might as well as forget self defense as a whole and let the real bad motherfuckers get you.

I suppose that's something anyone on the far left is never EVER going to understand, no matter how much you try to make them understand. They won't.

Jesus people the blade isn't even out. He brings up a good point. In a matter of minutes a person could take a knife out stab a couple of people and run off. Police response times at best in a urban area is 4-5 minutes. Living out in the country like me it's 10+. Alot of shit could go down in 10 minutes

I love guns, I love that the constitution gives us the right to bare arms however we do have a issue with gun laws in the country. Notice how 90% of school shooting that happen in North America happens in the US. Something needs to change.
