Answers don't have to adhere to any sort of ethics, in fact more interesting stories might arise if the method is unethical.
Personal input is appreciated too, however.

Same. The story idea I have will take a long time to plan, however. And even longer to write. And even then the options aren't exactly rosy with self publishing.

Yeah, I've been working on this idea I have for a comic book or series of comic books, and I'm still trying to figure out how to make the universe work. I think if I could get the first story done though, I think I could get it published.

Also, learn how to repair iPod/iPhone screens and then buy for mega cheap off of eBay, fix, then relist for huge profit. Apple products keep their value better than other devices, even if they're refurbished.

I'm actually seriously thinking about doing this, too...
