Eating burnt toast, and inhaling smoke.

Here's a few ways to get cancer;

1 ) Exposure to radiation - There are so many ways to get cancer with radiation that I would be typing this for hours. UV radiation, electromagnetic radiation, X-rays, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation are the worst culprits.

2 ) Smoking cigarettes - Not only does it increase your risk of cancer from simply smoking it, it also multiples the carcinogenic effects of everything else that can cause it.

3 ) A diet of refined carbohydrates - large amounts of sugar, junk food, white bread and the like.

4 ) Living near a nuclear or chemical plant.

5 ) Working in a nuclear or chemical plant.

6 ) Avoiding health checkups - particularly if you find a mole or a lump.

7 ) Consuming Sodium Nitrate. It is found in pretty much every packaged meat product. So, best you start eating lots of packaged meat.

8 ) Microwaving food. Microwaving food destroys most of the nutritional value in said piece of food.

9 ) Exposure to carcinogens. There are many, many different types of carcinogens, ranging from grilled meat to mold.

So, yeah, implementing these steps into your life should help you get cancer. Good luck!
