I'm biased, but my vote's to Pennsylvania. Fucking redneck as shit, small and peaceful little towns are everywhere, but you're never too far of a drive away from urban scenes. We got forest for days, trails for hikers and dirt bikers, and make a good central place for traveling the mid to north-east seaboard. For the General Aviation community KRDG, KXLL, and KLOM are perfect basing points to travel anywhere in the east. Also, Mennonites are fucking awesome bakers and we got dat Dutch cooking going on. We don't talk about north Philly tho. If this place would finally let go of the state run liquor stores, drop some knife laws, and get rid of state emissions inspections, I'd have literally no complaints.

Municipalities are allowed to restrict anything further that they wish, though I think Philly is the only place that does.
