At the moment I wouldn't consider this impersonation. The only thing the two of you really share is an avatar right now.

Colors are different, title is different, icon is different, nameplate is different.

The name is somewhat similar, but it's still clearly pip as it has pip right in the middle of it.

There's no fucking reason you should be able to use someone's exact avatar without their permission anyway. It goes beyond just impersonation--it's just obnoxious and rude as fuck.
