as far as i know, it's the biggest part of the internet which doesn't get indexed by any search engines, because it's all just unregulated, unrefined bullshit and spam

because of its vastness, a lot of fucked up and illegal activity goes down there, and it goes unchecked because no one knows how to access it

i've never been there, so that was a shitty explanation, but that's just what i've heard

oh yeah, and because it's not indexed, you can't access the deep web using a regular browser like chrome, because it filters all that content out automatically

there are browsers you can download and use to surf the deep web, but that's not really advised, because like i said

you're not gonna know where to go to begin with, and there's a lot of just really bad stuff there
