This keeps cropping up recently amongst friends, so I thought I'd share. For context, I live in a Welsh village in the middle of nowhere, where old Engish retirees basically go to die, so this is a sorta big deal.

Yeah, although its not as scary or weird as the article makes out.

It was a guy dressed up as a clown around random places with his wife taking pictures for a photography project.
