Upset: my best friend is leaving today

I know most don't care, but I'm on edge today. So I'm going to go play some old school games and try to forget about this. I'll be back eventually. Not that I've been very active this past week. Just an update for no one who cares.

Yeah I haven't seen her since November and I don't know when I'll see her again. She wants to move back but she needs a good paying job here first

I can sympathize considering this happened to me around seven + years ago.
We used to keep in touch but now we're both in college and rarely even text to say hi (I lost his number).
I'd say because they moved away I developed into a much different person.

I can't remember what made me feel better at the time, if anything did...
I think reading helped out a lot or general escapism...
Games might be a excellent choice.

Or you might consider instead to face these emotions head on and ponder over their implications. Could be interesting.

that sucks. i know how it feels to lose a best friend, i was best friends with this one girl in 8th grade and we had the time of our lives together. we werent able to go to the same high school and ive missed her since

Then my friend decides it's a good idea to call me from the plane while it's up in the air.
I really hope she's okay she hasn't called me back yet.

I can't really remember, I think I still wrote comics on occasion, so Garfield or Calvin and Hobbes.
Studio Ghibli films will help (granted you don't watch Grave of the Fireflies).
