E.g. 848 pages from now I suffer from a famine, France suffers from an overthrow of it's elite 896 pages from now, Cromwell decides to ban fun in 500 pages, the seas around Ireland and Britain are treacherous for ships 500-ish pages from now, etc etc.

Stuff can happen inside and outside your own borders, like I can send an entire Armada up the English Channel and take Britain, this would probably make you hostile towards my country,

Am I a country or its leader? To develop tools require research, but that can't just happen from expectations. Sometimes discoveries are made by accident.
