He gives the keys of the city to Isabel, with his head hanging in shame. The Queen, happily accepts the Key of Lisbon and declares Portugal as part of the Spanish Kingdom.

Annexation of Portugal - 100%, the ex-nobles of Portugal are then re-organized to serve the Spanish Crown, and are placed as governors and mayors within the Portuguese land.

Queen Isabel agrees and suggest that her forces meet the German Army at Paris and sign the official treaty indicating France's split, including the Netherlands.

A branch of the 21st German Battalion of 1,000 men and 3 other battalions break off from the Dutch front to meet the Spaniards in Paris.

The 21st Battalion splits off for a couple months to take Luxembourg.
