Not to mention the 170,000 that you got out of nowhere. Your first country, you only get like, 10,000 soldiers from initially. Then you have to wait a while before you can begin a second wave.

Like, seriously. If I "played" the way you did, and had 70,000 soldiers for every territory I had, I'd have 800,000+ troops.

It doesn't matter what you announced. Getting 70,000 troops per annexed country is ludicrous, and having 450,000 troops this early in the game with less than seven full countries is godmodding. If you refute that, then you'll have to agree that I can get 70,000 troops per country, as well.

Project Imperium has been completed!

Project Imperium was started almost 12 years ago with the ambition to make the military better and consists of major reshuffling of the military.
Major improvements have been made such as the discovery of rifles, very early explosives, and an upgrade to the navy making it 2X as effective as it was before.
But perhaps the greatest achievement is the cooperation between EP and the government.
For any civilian in the country of Norway can be a soldier within a month through propaganda and EP.
Rifles have been distributed so they are now on sale publicly.
The army numbers spike.
