In order to sign the treaty to said nations there are requirements for the Holy Peruvian Empire's allegiance. HPE would like to establish influence in Africa and Europe by sending DIng Dong Missionaries. HPE would like to establish free trades of food to said nations. HPE would be willing to help either nation in conflict given that the circumstances do not conflict with the needs of the HPE people or the Political interests of the HPE
