You didn't. Godmod means you're cheating. The power of your technology has to be proportional to the time spent researching it. VEX was way too powerful for the amount of time you spent on research. Project Owari ITT has been in research for literally 20+ pages, for example. I don't know what you mean when you say godmod, actually. Are you trying to say overpowered?

Yes, overpowered. I thought that's what godmod applied too. But whatever, like I said there was no point in fighting two armies at once. See, now that's godmod. How did you get to his city? Who installed the bomb? Where did you post the progress of planting the bomb earlier? I know that this is only your third UN game, but I wasn't this blind on even my first game.
