UN Game: Fallout Edition

So I got an idea, why not do a UN game within the Fallout world. Sounds like fun, and it doesn't contain anything that's too gamebreaking since it mostly focuses on US factions. So here are the factions:

The New California Republic - Ember

The Enclave - TBlocks

The Brotherhood of Steel (Core Region and Eastern) - Mr Psychologist

Caesar's Legion - TrussingDoor

Talon Company - SecondClass

The Master's Super Mutants - Zygluta

Raiders - Korra <— Absorbed by the Brotherhood of Steel

New Vegas - Kiyo

The Vault Dweller - Slash <—DEAD

Great Khans - Icywind

The Boomers - Vien

The Brotherhood Outcast - Neo

Crimson Caravan - Rocketman

NCR - California, Western Nevada and Baja

BoS - Virginia, West Virginia, Washington DC (The Citadel), Lost Hills, Hidden Valley and Texas
Enclave - Poseidon Oil Rig, North and South Dakota
Raiders - Florida and Alabama
Talon Company - Fort Bannister within the DC Ruins
The Master's Super Mutants - Mariposa Military Base
New Vegas - Las Vegas, Hoover Dam

Considering it's the place that made the Cazadors and has giant Roboscorpions that drain you of science, I'd probably hide away in the Think Tank with the other brains.
