Reman Cyrodiil arrives in the continent of Akavir, and demands audience with the Tsaesci King.

He is to know that a Dragonborn Emperor graces his land and that his undying allegiance belongs to the Akaviri Empire.

If he refuses, I invite him to challenge a God-King to battle. The dragonborn does not fail, for victory is his birthright.

Nord warriors sweep through Redguard villages with their superior steel weapons and armor (courtesy of Whiterun's own Skyforge). The Redguard put up a great defense on the massive desert but are finally dealt with by Nord archers besieging the last lines of defense with fire arrows.

Thanks to peculiar events, Emperor Tiber Septim dies of unkown sickness, many blaming it on the Deadra threat. The Empire now in turmoil as powers fight to Control Cyrodiil.

An additional 3,000 soldiers (1,000 Khajiit grunts, 2,000 justiciars) are sent into Cyrodiil from Valenwood. The city of Skingrad, just north of the Valenwood border, is used as a meeting point.

The 5,500 justiciars arrive in Imperial City and announce their rule of Cyrodiil at a conference in White-Gold Tower. The 3,000 troops in Skingrad, having taken the city, prepare to leave. 200 troops remain in the city to maintain order, 1,200 head west to Anvil and Kvatch, 600 head north to Chorrol, and the other 1,000 head towards the Imperial City.

The Aldmeri Dominion begins polling all of its territories for census information.

Scholars in markarth begin copying centurion designs with steel.

The 5,500 justiciars already stationed in the city open hostilities against any Akaviri forces in the city, as well. All justiciars are equipped with high quality elven armor and weapons, and have a deadly array of destruction spells.

Kvatch, Anvil, and Chorrol continue to be taken by Aldmeri forces.

5,000 general soldiers are sent north to support the fight in Cyrodiil.

I hope you know you're fighting on two fronts here, since I have 1,000 justiciars outside the city and 5,500 at White-Gold Tower before you even arrived.

I really hope your men know how to fight dragons, because the last time I checked, shadow blades were the only force who knew how to combat them

Are you kidding me? Whiterun guards know how to combat a dragon. You can kill one by shooting enough arrows at it, if you're persistent enough. Now think how much damage an organized army can do.

Important ranking officers in the Imperial City Thalmor army are sent into the White-Gold Tower for protection. The other 6,378 justiciars are sent outside to deal with the dragon threat, shooting Fire Storm, Lightning, and Blizzard spells at any winged lizards.

At the beginning of Skyrim they couldn't do shit to even the weakest one.
They only became effective at it later because they started training specifically to take them down.

But no, the dragons won't be able to kill all of your men.

The Akaviri army holds position outside of the danger zone.
One enemy will fall, in time.
