Fortnight = 2 weeks, so basically most played in recent memory. It's a pretty common term, usually used more (at least in my general area) because it's shorter to say.

Eh, I finished School in 2013 and decided not to study at university, because by that point I was just sick of studying and didn't see a benefit to it. Funny how hindsight works, because I've now realized that was a stupid decision. I haven't found any work outside a Casual role at a Sports Club, where I've been working since 2010. I got a trial apprenticeship as a Mechanic at my local Mazda dealer last month, which was the best result I've gotten from the 120 or so applications I've filed in the last year and a half. That was 2 weeks, and I find out if I get the job or not at the end of July. This month so far, I'm not really that pleased about. I mean, I got myself a Nintendo Wii-U, which is cool and all, but I haven't really done anything interesting, or even caught up with my friends from School. I know I could do better, but for some unknown reason, I just decide not to.

Here's another one, what's your favourite book?

i see... it's not your fault for taking a break in school. anybody would, after having like, what, 13 years of education it does get tiring. and like yeah i hope your month goes smoothly

my favorite book? damn i haven't read books since 7th grade lol... my favorite would prolly have to be marley and me lol. it's made me want a Labrador

I have a few favourites. The Simpsons and Futurama come to mind, as well as stuff I haven't seen in over 10 years, like Yugioh, Pokemon, DBZ, etc. Those are more Anime than Cartoon, but there's not really that great a difference. Non-Cartoon I'd say How I Met Your Mother, Scrubs, Last man on Earth, Workaholics and Game of Thrones.

It's hard to say what my best year was. I can't avoid looking at my childhood with rose-tinted eyes. I'll just say 2013/'14, because I picked up 3 State Championship medals (1 of each colour). I was by far the weakest member of the team, and a lack of entrants in our age group probably influenced the result of the second year, but still, it's a relatively uncommon thing to do.

I doubt it's used as much here in North America as it is in Europe, but I would still think that the most people would know the Term

In August I look forward to playing a gig in my town, it will be the longest and hopefully the biggest crowd our band has seen so far.

As for this month, not much so has happened so far. I know this may seem like a bad thing, but I would say going to my grandmothers memorial, mainly because I got to see a bunch of family I haven't seen in a while. Also our family seems to deal with death a bit differently, we tend to remember the good time rather than staying in sorrow.
