Uncomfortable retail moments

So some greasy - looking woman reeking of cigarettes and booze ran up to me squealing "OH MAH GAW HOW ARE YOU" and embraced me in a hug that left my skin crawling. She then realized she mistook me for her tenant because I looked like him...except a few inches shorter.

What are your awkward retail moments?

holy fuck I almost had the exact same situation, I was moving a mattress for one of my clients when he starts screaming "stop rubbing your fucking hands against my neck"

why do people have to make a big deal out of nothing?

i can't help my gag reflex near smelly people so whenever i get customers that smell like shit i zone out and focus on not coughing up a lung

Why yes, just today a little boy yelled "STOP" from all the way down an aisle, ran up and kissed me on my forearm, and I looked at his grandfather, who made no eye contact with me, for the shamefur dispray his descendant had just perpetrated.

Later that evening, I was walking out of our stock room, when I realised that not only was my fly down, but also my penis was hanging out of it, and a flock of new hires were being shepherded by.

I somehow escaped without a manager noticing, however I did get quite a few wide eyed glances and gasps from them.
