Under which system would there be the most amount of casual sex?

Is it possible that we're discussing the wrong benefit to an economic system. Maybe we should use the lowest standard score. Take the member least likely to leave his mom's basement and put his penis in a women's vagina.

Apply both economic systems and rate his ability to get laid. The highest scoring one is the best system.
