meh, i've heard mixed things about it. does great in awards season because the liberals who decide this stuff like what the show tells them

Started watching it a few days ago.

I found some parts of it cringey and other parts of it good.

Pretty much everything said by the anchor is good, everything said by his boss and coworkers trying to inspire him or whatever is cringey.

It's a liberal's wet dream. A morally superior news team set in the past using the writers' hindsight to judge people's actions in the day.  Not really sure how anyone even somewhat moderate can stomach some of the speeches.
