The owners are passively letting it happen. They could easily delete posts that straight up plan school shootings or praise shooters.

They do delete posts which violate US law.

They need to do more than that. Praising a mass murderer and saying he's a hero isn't against the law, but it certainly shouldn't be encouraged and glorified.
