I once found Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 and Cruis'n USA for the N64 at a Goodwill for three bucks. What cool stuff have you found at thrift stores and garage sales before?

Yesterday I found a CD player and speakers, 50 CDs, Jak X, an original Xbox, and VHS copies of Saving Private Ryan, Scarface, all 3 Godfather movies, Jaws, Spider-man, X-men, The Matrix and Jurassic Park. My total was something like $53. A fucking steal.

I envy you so badly right now.

An anvil.

A vintage ice box.

Some old high quality, high powered amps.

Really old antique fire extinguisher. Glass ball with pinkish purple anti-fire liquid in it.

Antique train conductor's belt coin dispenser in perfect condition.

Antique toaster. Really antique. It's got the heat coil in the middle, and flaps on both sides that open up that you slot the toast into.

Antique oil lamps. Not just any kind either. Ship oil lamps.

Antique snowshoes.

Hand made wooden canoe and oars.

And, although it's not from a garage sale or a thrift store, I consider the regional dumping grounds a thrift store because of all the free shit you find there.

Like a vintage, perfectly working vinyl record player.

Or an entire house deck.
