Gibson is fucking overpriced out the ass, too. I'd never buy anything past the standard in that pic. You're just paying for largely useless nonsense.

Is that a Squire strat? No its a Fender Starcaster Strat. Before you post your opinion on that one, I've heard it all. Some people say its a great starter guitar, some people say its a complete piece of shit.I personally have no problem with it. I'm still able to get the sound and the functionally out of it so I'm fine with it. And I'm still learning.

Hey as long as its not from some cheap ass company that makes some really low res guitars that don't last long, I think we have some really good guitars from some really good brands so far in this thread.

Anywhere from 800 to 3,000. And from what I've heard played myself, the upper end Epis (500-700) tend to sound better out of the box then the sub-1000 dollar Gibbies. But... Jesus fuckin christ does my guitar player sound fierce as shit on his Les Paul traditional pro. Blows every other thing he owns clean out of the water. Not everyone wants to spend that much cash on an instrument tho. I know I wouldn't have a 900 dollar bass if I didn't get it for half off.
