dammit

replacing a few speakers in my five channel 2 amp system and i just used a good ass multimeter and found out one of my amps is actually a total 2 Ω system

its gay cause Ω woofers are pretty costly and i barely got my hands on a set of CDT CLs for less than $100

also i got two 4 Ω audiopipe subs which i bought a month ago and the amp isnt going to be pushing them as hard

oh well i guess it doesn't matter cause they aren't going to be doing jack shit on either the low or midrange from around 60-3000 Hz

my fifth channel is a 2000 watt 12 anyway so those extra two subs and just there for shits and giggles

My roommate got pissed at me one time for rewiring his sound system.

He had it set to single channel mono running through half capacity wiring, and upped the voltage to a secure full control stereo and introduced a new subwoofer that shook the walls and he didn't like that he basically knew jack shit and had been wiring the system all wrong.

It was really disgusting to see his slop job.

yeah my fifth channel is a mono amp dedicated to a 4 ohm load and a 25Hz signal literally rattles the dishes in people's houses as you drive by

im going to install two extra low profile batteries so i can get the peak power to last longer because fuck installing extra alternators
