Get of my lawn
Ever since the cigarette tax went into effect, every single time Al Baghdadi or I leave any cigarettes out in our back patio, they get stolen. I don't really care about the theft. I do care that whoever is doing it is in my property. We have kids after all. What if they decide our stuff is worth coming into the house? With a 2, 3 and 4 year old, and the love of my life, can I take chance?

My friends all used to check people's patios for smokes after hours. You're probably not in any danger.

My worry is a mentally unstable homeless person. San Diego has more than its share.
