I've been offered an apartment in the town I'm going to study in...

It seems fairly nice. It has a complete kitchen, where other student apartments has only has kitchenettes (google translate told me that's the correct word). It's fully furnished as well.

If I accept, I won't have to deal with queuing for apartments that two dozen other people want as well.

However, the contract starts about a month before the term, and about two weeks before I can even be there.

My mom has said that she'll help me with the first rent and such though, before the student grants start rolling in and I can pay for it myself.

They want an answer soon (like, before Monday).
