I am thinking about going; I've never been to a concert before. Problem is I don't know of anyone I could go with, and I don't want to go alone.

Go with at least one person and if they're your favorite band, see them because you might not get another opportunity.

I would recommend going with a friend since a good lot of people may be drunk.

Yeah, given their past live performances and the fact that Till is licensed in pyrotechnics I expect quite a show.
That's one of the reasons I wanted to go with someone, I was concerned about the potential for a rowdy crowd.

I've been to gigs on my own before, it's better with friends, but seeing a band like rammstien you'll just get split up anyway.

You should really look up vids of Rammstein concerts before you go to one. Its anything BUT safe. Expect to be in a sea of people with insanity on stage.

Honestly I think you have this mental idealization of what a Rammstein concert is like. You're thinking of it as though they're Deathklok from Metalocalypse or something, and the audience is in the midst of some deathmatch or something the entire time.

I have seen videos, I have a pretty good idea of what they're like.
