I'm also in pain a lot just by doing nothing. As in a burning-like aching pain in my upper back.

I should probably go to the doctors about it.

If you're doing nothing then maybe it's bad posture when you sit.

A pinched nerve in your neck is pretty unpleasant too. Couldn't move my head for a week without a severe sharp shooting pain.

I once got pissed and threw a bunch of empty bottles off my porch, resulting in them shattering. I went to go pick them up, but I tripped over something and fell a couple of feet into the shards.

My words before I fell were "Ohh fuck my man, the copes are gonna snatch me ass 'n pin me up if I won't pick these"

Not the most painful by far, but it still hurt like hell

Goodness gracious, great balls of lightning!
When I was 7, my older brother shot me in the back with my cousin's BB gun when I wasn't paying attention. It hurt for a little bit then it went away shortly after.

In kindergarten I got stung by a bee in my neck that hurt for like 2 days. Praise the lerd halleluyer that I'm not allergic to bees or anything for that matter.

Freshmen year in high school, I sprained my ankle while playing football. I missed school for 3 days because fuck using crutches. I ended up wearing one of those special boots you wear when something like that happens to your ankle for a month. Trying to walk normally with both my legs again after that felt super awkward.

Towards the end of freshman year, I got stung by a bee on my right leg when I was walking home. I didn't even know I got stung until I felt a sudden pain coming from my leg. My leg, like my neck from kindergarten, hurt for like 2 days.

Other than that, nothing all that painful has really happened to me. No surgeries, no car accidents, and no broken bones. I plan to keep it that way.

I had a lot of shit happen to me, but the two I can think of are pretty recent.

When I was still a cart pusher, I'd have to go in and out through the cart Bay doors, which are low enough that even I have to duck low to get under.

One day I stood up too quick and cracked the top of my head on the wall.  I've done this a couple of times before, but this one ended up being a little nastier and knocked me into a concussion.  It was fairly mild, but put me out of physical duties for about three weeks.  Bright side was that Walmart paid for all my medical bills and CAT scans, and I got to be inside the store during the worst part of winter.

Another one was earlier this year.  I was in the Produce department's backroom to get a spare battery for our scanner.  Some asshole sprayed water on the floor and didn't mop it up, so I ended up slipping quit comically, arms flailing up in the air and everything...except the back of my left hand decided to meet the edge of the department's sink at 20 miles per hour.  After much swearing I just iced and wrapped the son of a bitch and worked the rest of my shift.  Turned out I had a neat bone fracture in my left hand between my middle and ring-finger knuckle.  Thing took about 4 months to fully heal.

I had an ingrown toenail but I'd seen what the surgery was like and I was too scared to get it fixed so I lived with it for about a whole agonizing year until it went away
I tried this, but instead I ended up with the other foot going the same way (mostly likely) from walking at a funny angle to avoid using my right foot too much >_>

Lucky though, that's dodging quite a bullet <_<

A tooth abscess and an ear infection both tie in at #1 for me. They were agonizing.

Most painful would be passing a kidney stone.

Worst injury would be the knee story.

I tried all that, putting cotton wool under the nail to lift it out of the flesh but it was infected at that point aaaand I think that just made it worse <_<

Ah

Yeah I probably had needed the surgery for about 6 months at that point

I then carried on for another six before it got to the point where I straight up couldn't walk without bleeding into my shoes aaaand went in for the surgery ;-;

Also having trapped gas in your colon is incredibly painful. The doctors thought it was appendicitis when I went to the A&E.
Felt like I'd been stabbed in the stomach.

Of the things I can remember, post-op movement (age ~17) after having a catheter run up a vein in my thigh all the way to inside my heart to deploy an "umbrella" device over which a wall could grow to fix a hole in my heart. I was bedridden for like a day but the first time I tried to move my leg afterwards the most intense pain I can recall from throughout my life racked my upper thigh and hip. I can't even describe it. It's weird because it seems like it shouldn't have been that painful.

Held down in a doctor's chair while a surgeon cauterised (as in burned shut) an open wound up in my nose that had caused the worst nosebleed I've ever had. No anesthesia for the first 10 minutes until they realised it wasn't working. I've broken bones,  snapped my lower arm 90 degrees in the wrong direction as my elbow gave out and fell right through a solid glass table, and none of them even came close to what the nose surgery felt like. It's been 15 years and I still dream about it happening and me drowning in my own blood.

Thanks for the memories <_<  During our trip to the hospital to get my nosebleed disaster taken care of, we were told to sit and wait.

A kid came in 4 minutes later with a cast to see a doctor for a check-up, and was immediately let in.  "Thanks guys, I'm just going to bleed out all over your floor here."

dislocating and relocating my shoulder on the slopes.
pretty tame, im very lucky ive never broken a bone.

though running track with stress fractures on both feet is a close second.
