Isn't he already in prison for armed burglary? Plus I think the book he wrote about if I did kill my wife this is how I woud do it is enough proof.

I understand the purpose of not being able to retry someone for the same crime, but damn does this cause some struggle with that rule.

I think the OJ case is highlighted in my mind because it was the first televised case I remember watching, plus it was kinda local. I was in 4th grade and we watched the verdict on TV in class, even.

It doesn't really matter to me.

Besides, the knife was dug up in 1998, four years after the murders. Anyone could have planted it there in that time.
