At this rate, I wouldn't be surprised if they showed Negan bashing his head in, and then Glenn comes back like nothing happened.

This was just a cheap ploy for a ratings grab, and the writing Glenn's survival was pretty fucking cheap. "OH THANK GOD THE ZOMBIES IGNORED ME UNDER THE DUMPSTER."

The Glenn's death storyline was good from a General Audience perspective seeing as they lack critical thinking skills but from a comic fan perspective it was fairly obvious he'd survive. What they're doing is making it seem like he's safe when really he's still a potential candidate for Lucilling, along with Daryl and Morgan.
