I think we're using the word "music" too generously these days.
Art is whatever you want it to be. I personally think art must involve some creativity, though, so you can't just say anything is art.

Eh. I don't class it as art if it didn't require a modicum of skill to make. Art is supposed to represent something, to actually take time and effort and passion on the creator's part to make - at least that's the general idea I've always grown up with.
