But not yet, currently. That's all humans are. Pre programmed organic routines and responses with the occasional ability to alter that base set of functions by choice.Likewise, an intelligent machine could do it if it were capable of learning and changing its function beyond the basic set of automated routines it was programmed to start with.Exactly like a human. Somebody could be born with and raised with a predisposition to a very quick temper. But, through their own reasoning and choice, they could choose to keep it under control. But, robotics haven't reached that stage yet. But if they keep up the way they're going now, eventually, we'll see something.
