I have this fucking amazing NY-style pizza place by my house ran by actual New Yorkers. Everything from the dough, sauce, cheese, and meat just tastes fresh and you know it's quality and homemade. They even fly in these deserts from New York

There's a place in downtown Santa Ana called The Grilled Cheese Spot. Tiny, holds maybe 12 people, but it's amazing.

They put a shit ton of chicken salt on the chips so it gives the chips more flavor but you don't have a heart attack immediately afterwards

I live like 2 hours from NY and even I don't get that .-.

NJ pizza is as good as or close to NY pizza though so I guess I can't complain.
